What Causes Dizziness And Heaviness In Head?

I am trying to study. I keep falling asleep. My eyes are heavy my head is fuzzy and when I get up I have head spins. I am a 19 year old female that s 167cm tall and weigh 60kgs. I ve also been getting a lot of stitches in my left side lately not due to exercise.

Dear many causes for dizziness, for you it may be due to ocular muscle fatigue, probably vision problems may cause your problems. Other many causes like cardiac, neurological, vestibular etc.. Please check your vision and consult your ophthalmologist /neurologist. They will examine and treat you accordingly.
