What Causes Dizziness And Heaviness In The Head?

hi, here Arun, my mother (58 year old)have heaviness and dizziness in head from past 8 months, kindly note that i done all the treatment with neurologists and also CT scan,ear imbalance all reports as in normal condition. she taking all the tablets regularly which has recommended by neurologists but still she have problem and single percent not cure out of hundred.. i am realy helpless pls..pls...sugest me for the same

I really appreciate your concern, if the CT brain is unremarkable and no diagnosis made by neurologist then it must not be due to any pathologist and some functional elements might be playing the role here, hope this information helps.
