dear sir/madam I can understand your concern
in my opinion it's advisable to check your blood sugar and hba1c% in a lab
they will give your good information in diagnosing present condition.
the symptoms if diabetes are
excess urination
excess thirst
felling dizziness and tired
weight loss
non healing wounds
i suggest you to see a doc if you are suffering with above mentioned symptoms

based on results your doc might suggest you diet and exersise with or with out medication
usually life style modifications and weight loss is the best way to keep diabetes away
regards

General & Family Physician Dr. Shreya Kunder's  Response
Hello there,
The blood sugar level you have is very high for fasting state. When was your last check of blood sugars done? High blood sugars maybe the cause for your dizziness. You definitely need treatment for such high sugars. Please visit a diabetologist and get a complete examination and blood test to begin therapy. Need to find the reason for this sudden increase in blood sugars. Have you recently been on some medicines? Do you have any other hormonal problems? Any severe stomach pains or loose sticky stools? All these questions need answers before we can start your medicines. Do not ignore as uncontrolled sugars can damage your eyes, Kidney and nerves and also a risk factor for heart diseases. Hope this helps.
Take care.
