What Causes Dizziness And High Heart Rate After Quitting Bisoprolol?

hi I had a bad burn on my arm then a skin graft, I have been on different beta blockers for a month, I have just stopped bisoprolol 1.25mg, this is my third day off it, I was on it for a week, I am very dizzy and my heart is very fast, when will this pass? Thankyou
