What Causes Dizziness And Hot Spells After Missing Keppra?

I am on Keppra for seizures and I missed my doseage yesterday and started getting dizzy and hot spells. I went home and took my missed dose and now I'm still having the dizzy/hot spells here and there. Is this because I missed my doseage yesterday or should I get looked at by the doctor?
