ENT Specialist 's  Response
in my opinion you are suffering from vestibular neuritis. dizziness, hearing loss, tinnitus are classical symptoms. I would like to take more history, is this of sudden onset? associated with fever? all these are relevant. if you have vestibular neuritis, then you should start antiviral, and if symptoms are severe then start vestibular sedative like betahistine. if you can tolerate these symptoms, vestibular sedative should not be given as they would hamper Brain's ability to acclimatize for unilateral labyrinthine hypofunction.
