What Causes Dizziness And Increased Saliva With The Habit Of Tobacco Usage?

i am 31years old and spits a lot of saliva after chewing tobacco.i feel tired and losing strength to my body now.Its a bit hard for me to wake up early in the morning.I am feeling dizzy and i feel lose of vigor,temporary memory loss and laziness,and overall confusions ,lack of concentration.Is this because of lose of sodium and pottassium in my saliva i feel all of the above ?

chronic tabacco chewing does result in dependence. A withdrawal of which can he rise to symptomatology similar to yours.
a comprehensive work up of the habit is required which includes duration, frequency and amount of smoking information. I suggest consulting a local psychiatrist can be helpful.
