What Causes Dizziness And Insomnia While On Lemtrada?

I have MS, I had my first round of Lemtrada September 2015. I get blood work done every month in which I do not see. The nurse that comes to my home says that they usually only order the thyroid testing every 6 months but mine is every month. I am not able to eat for the last few weeks it has severely declined. I am weaker than ever. Dizzy and not able to sleep.
