Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
HI, I ve been having irregular symptoms that include: dizziness, irregular or palpating heartbeats, having to unclog my ears a lot, and feet aches. I m 48, Type 1 diabetic for 14 years. I ve just been to a Cardiologist and the EKG shows an Incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block. I m going back for a stress test and heart sonogram beginning of June. Finally, I have had a lump/bulge in my left part of my neck for several years and all thyroid blood work keeps coming back as normal . All that to say I feel normal only part of my days. Any ideas?
General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
I feel your bundle branch block needs to be further investigated as block in nerve stimulation of heart muscles, cause less blood supply/oxygenation of blood to cause your symptoms. You should consult a cardiologist physician / surgeon to evaluate basic cause & extent of the problem, followed by specific medication or pace maker implantation. To restrain from physical stress is a must till you get expert advise.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
