What Causes Dizziness And Light Headed After Indoor Tanning?

Since 3 visits of indoor tanning,I feel a little dizzy and light headed for days after .I dont feel burned and only stay in tanning bed 10 minutes.i need to go so I dont burn in the Islands.This happens every year when I indoor tan only.Any advise you can give would be greatly appreciated.
