What Causes Dizziness And Lightheaded After Injury?

I'm dizzy all the time, I lose bearing and feel lightheaded for a couple of seconds, but it is diziness and its been happening frequently, especially when I concentrate, I was hit in the head with a netball a few days ago, and it had occured after this, could this be the cause?

light headedness and dizziness specially after an alleged head trauma should be evaluated with caution and should be treated seriously.
i would suggest you to consult a neurophysician and seek proper help.
