What Causes Dizziness And Lightheaded After Taking Wellbutrin?

Female age 39- 5 3 , 200 lbs. On Weight Watchers to lose weight- beyond that, healthy overall. I have been taking Wellbutrin for several years for depression I had a tetanus shot on Saturday after getting bit by some kind of bug (initally thought it was a spider, but doctor didn t seem to think so after looking at the bite spot). Since then approximately one hour after I take my wellbutrin I begin to feel dizzy and lightheaded. Is this a side effect from tetanus shot? This hasn t happened before the shot.
