What Causes Dizziness And Lightheadedness During Pregnancy?

I am 23 weeks pregnant. My normal resting pulse is between 80 & 90. I just started feeling dizzy and light headed and could feel my pulse throughout my entire body. I m not sure what to do about it. I checked my pulse and it was around 140. What should I do?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Dizziness with tachycardia is not common in pregnancy.
It can be a symptom of hyperthyroidism, heart disease or can be simple sinus tachycardia.
I would suggest you to consult a cardiologist for getting properly examined, investigated including ECG and echo and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
