What Causes Dizziness And Lightheadedness Post Workout?
I have been doing freeletics for almost 2 months now. The last two weeks, I have been experiencing dizziness or light headedness after the work out. Why is this? I am taking hypertensive medication - Amlopidine, 2.5 mg at night. Could it be because of this?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the symptoms then it need to be ruled out for the cerebral pathologies and for that better to get done the CT of brain also need to get done the EKG too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
