Hi! I have been feeling light-headed or dizzy for three days now. My blood-sugar was 187 the other day and yesterday it was 129. My blood-pressure was 99/66 when I checked it on the Thursday. I do take Linsinopril/Hctz for high blood-prssure. what do I do?

Hello
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
First, the timings of the sugars are very important.
Equally important are the meals taken before the test of sugars.
Your query does not state whether you loaded the sugars after meal, fasting, etc.
Similarly, the query does not state whether the BP was taken after the medicine or before the medicine.
Third, is the dizziness continuous, episodic, on movement, happened before, how did it start, any ear complaints, when does it happen? The details are needed.
Finally, you are on a diuretic (Hctz). It may be advisable to test sodium, potassium and electrolytes and hemoglobin.
Do let us know the details for further suggestions.
Best of luck, Dr Mittal
