What Causes Dizziness And Mood Swings While On Sertraline?

Hi.. my daughter is on sertraline since November. Started with one cap. (25mg) until she reached 4 caps gradually. She suffers from depression/anxiety, she also is bulimic... Since she started the Zoloft tx, she became more moody, sleepless, also complaining of dizziness and headaches. So, we reduced the dose, with the doc s approval, beeing on 25 mg for the last 2 wks. I am very concerned and don t know what to do next since she has overdosed twice on sleeping pills... Last attempt was a week ago, we rushed her to emerg, and they just monitored her for a day...,!? I get no help wherever I go... her psychiatrist sais she should still be on Sertraline and said nothing more... I would like her to discontinue the med. and start matbe a naturopathic tx, for ex. GABA. Any suggestions?! Thank you so much....
