What Causes Dizziness And Muscle Cramps In The Legs?
I have been having dizzy spell for the last two years and the last few months it is everyday. It feels like a real bad car sickness feeling and when I get these spells I m so sleepy I can hardly keep my eyes open, for the last two day I have been hot and cold at the same time and now my legs feels very weird and Charlie horse every time I stretch my legs out especially my left leg.

As per my clinical experience, there are number of conditions which can give such presentation as:
- endocrine abnormalities with thyroid alteration, diabetes
- deficiency of trace elements as zinc, copper, magnesium or else
- others.
I recommend a systemic work up by expert physician and cure the issue once the reason is found.
