What Causes Dizziness And Nasal Congestion?

I stood up and after a minute or so I lost my balance and immediately fell back onto the sofa. A few minutes later, walking into another room, I swayed. I suffer a lot with nasal congestion. This is the second time this happened in about two years. What could this be?

hello, thanks for your query,dizziness could be due to eye( errors of refraction) cervical spine( spondylitis) ear( bppv, meniers disease, vestibular neuronitis). any fluctuations in Bp, any fluctuation in blood sugar or electrolyte disturbances.Related to your nasal conestion , it could be due to sinusitis or allergy.kindly evaluate with blood tests, ent examination to rule out d cause. hope I have answered ur query, all d best, take care.
