What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After A Concussion?

HI, I got a concussion 2 days ago, took an elbow to the back left part of my head. I felt dizzy, tired, and nauseous at times. Slept through the night and felt a little better today (lower frequency of dizziness, nausea), however I noticed a dull pain in the front right part of my head (exactly opposite of where I was hit). Is this cause for concern?

hi, don't worry, take pain killer if severe pain. nausea & dizziness is less so it is good sign for you. thanks. regards.
