What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After An Injury To The Nose?

My daughter was playing basketball and got hit in the nose. It started to bleed a little and then stopped. It was very painful. Now, her head is hurting and she is dizzy and a little nauseous. Her nose is a little swollen. I don t know if it is broken or if she has a concussion. What is your suggestions? I really would like to wait until tomorrow to take her to the doctor since it is after hours and really don t won t to go to emergency dept. What do you think?
