What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After Having Head Injury?

I hit the left side of my head with a shelf as i stood up. I hit hard but i thought it hurt because it was at the time. Ive been icing it but today i felt nausated with pain and my head felt so heavy and dizzy, i took advil and ibrofin. Should i be concerned?

Head injury should always be taken seriously and ideally this need to be kept under medical super vision for 48 hours because anything can happen during this time period so looking to this it is advisable to get done the CT head, and for that you need to see the Doctor, hope this information helps, take care.
