What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After Removal Of A Mole?

My friend had mole removed 30 hours ago. She irritated it a bit and caused bandage to come off about 20 min ago then felt very lightheaded and nauseous and her heart felt weird like she could have a heart attack then she barely made it to bathroom. Felt like she would puke so put head beteeen knees til subsided and when it finally did she eliminated. In bed now. Wonder if I need to get her to hospital.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It might be an allergic reaction or after edema of anesthetic drugs.

As of now, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
