What Causes Dizziness And Nausea Along With Stress?

My bp is 147/104. I am a black male and 43yrs old. Under significant stress. Experiencing dizziness and nausea. noticing some vision changes. And i feel this pressure in my head like something want to burst through my ears. How concerned should i be??

The symptoms you are describing can be due to the increased blood pressure. It is advised that you go to your local doctor for a workup and to possibly start treatment. The stressors you have can also have an effect on your blood pressure. Get yhis chrcked out to prevent some complications due to increased blood pressure
