What Causes Dizziness And Nausea During Migraine?

Hi, I have recntly being diognised with migraine and was put on vasograin, however whenever i take the same I feel dizzy, at times feel like vomiting and get a temporary flu attack, what can be the problem and how do iwork it out???? HAJRA from TANZANIA
