What Causes Dizziness And Nausea While Suffering From Hypertension?

My neighbour is 62, long history of smoking. Has been feeling unwell last 3 days. Blood pressure this morning 200/120. Feels the need to belch but unable to and feels bloated. Slight dizziness when lying down and slight nausea. No chest pain or other discomfort. Do i need to take him to hospital today? And do i need to pay for the answer?

Your neighbour have very high blood pressure ...
This much high blood pressure called as emergency situation....

Dizziness is because of such a high blood pressure ....

He needs to be examined by doctor and if slurred speech present than CT scan needed for rule out stroke. ...

Investigation by EKG also needs to be done....

For hypertension sodium nitroprusside infusion might given for urgent reducing blood pressure and than should be put on regular suitable antihypertensive medication .....
