What Causes Dizziness And Nausea?

I am a 44 year old mom and have started having I believe hot flashes- but that is not my concern, I am now getting dizzy and nauseous, especially when mobile. I am very active but this has put me on the couch....I don t like it and I don t feel well. Hard to be a wife and mom. Do you ha e any suggestions?

Hi,

It can be eustachantubal block...following the running nose problem, especially if the nasal problem still persists. Try inhaling vapor & anti-cold pill (sinarest) over the counter. In case of no relief, you need to get consultation of ENT specialist OR get your eyes examined for refractory error by an ophthalmologist.
