What Causes Dizziness And Nausea?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... i wanna know why i feel this way ive been sick for 5 days and it keeps getting worse and happening i am 18 i have dizziness im co0ld nausuas and when i eat i feel like i cant cause i can feel like i can throw up what can i do?

Well come to HCM
The given symptoms here are suggestive of some viral infection and if would be your treating physician then I would treat this condition with Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed in case of fever and pain, and Tab Domperidone 30 mg sos for nausea, hope this information helps.
