What Causes Dizziness And Neck Pain While Withdrawing From Effexor?

I am getting off Effexor after over 10+ yrs being on it, I am having severe neck pain, I am feeling ...it is like electrical impulses going off in my head, slightly dizzy and my neck is hurting. I have tapered off, I have not stopped cold turkey. Are these symptoms of getting off this med and how long will it last?

They are symptoms from Effexor stopping. Maybe they last 1 month, and than you will feel better.
