What Causes Dizziness And Numbness In The Body?

Hello, I am 53 years old, female, post menopausal (just) I am having serious hot flashes, numbing over my entire body, what I belive is a pinched nerve somewhere, I have had previous back surgery, l5s1, my doctor has ordered an mri, is their anything I can do in the meantime, very dizzy, and the numbness is over my entire body ?

AAdvice
1.     Take bed rest for few days
2.     Cinnarizine 25 mg every 8 hours per oral for 3 days
3.     Betahistine 8 mg every 8 hours per oral for days
4.     Amitryptyline 25 mg per oral at bed time for 5 days
5.     Go to hospital and get done MRI of brain as there may be stroke
