What Causes Dizziness And Numbness In The Feet?

I seen my family doctor today and he did an EKG and took me off my beta blocker and bp med because my heart rate is too slow. I feel faint, even when laying down and now my feet are cramping and numb. I don t feel just don t feel right and think that I m getting worse. BP 118/68 and good sugar test 94. He took blood but won t have results until the morning. I m 54 and relatively healthy, normal weight, and moderately active. I ve had these symptoms all day. Should I be worried?
