Hello! Welcome to HCM!

Firstly, regarding your dizziness, so your hemoglobin is normal, you need to check your BP and pulse rate. Either of these, low or high may leads to symptoms. Nearly, regarding numbness, does it occur when leg is folded at any joints? If yes it's a normal phenomenon due to decreased blood supply, and needs no treatment. If occurring even without that, then needs sugar, thyroid test. For respiratory complaints, it appears to respiratory tract infection, needs chest X ray, sputum afb and culture. Also, antibiotics course with Augmentin should be done for five days. Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Take care
