What Causes Dizziness And Numbness In Thigh?

Hi there, i have been experiencing an dizziness/ unsteady gait for the last month and a half, combined with difficultly in thinking/cognitive abilities.. i have also recently experienced loss of bladder control (needing to pee a number of times to empty). In addition, i have experienced numbness/tingling in my thigh, off and on for the last 4 years. This is all adding up to multiple sclerosis to me...what do you think doc? I saw a doctor a week ago and he s prescribed a seritone supplement, but this has made my anxiety/ unsteadiness worse. Thank you for your assistance in advance :) Andy
