What Causes Dizziness And Numbness Of Ears After Having A Tampon?

Hi my name is megan. I'm 16 years old. I just tried to put a tampon in and i was relaxed and everything and i was doing fine until i finally got it in i started getting really dizzy and felt like i was going to pass out. My ears became numb and my eyes started to go dark and i got so pale. So i immediately took it out and then i slowly felt better. What is wrong with me?
