What Causes Dizziness And Numbness On The Face?

On Wednesday I was reading a book to kids while sitting on the floor. I became lightheaded and came extremely close to passing out. My face became numb and my heart pounded hard. When I came home I started sweating. Since this happened I can only stand or sit up for very short periods of time then it starts all over again. My health is not great. 1. I have no stomach. 2. Low thyroid. 3. Constant fatigue.
