What Causes Dizziness And Numbness On The Hands?

I woke up severely dizzy. I am so dizzy that when I walked to the bathroom I feel numb or hot or icy cold in my hands and face and behind my ears. I immediately became drenched in sweat. I have a hx of dizzy spells but this s is the worst ever it is even happpening when I m laying down. Should I go to the ER if I even can.

We have to rule out possibilities like peripheral neuropathy.

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

Detailed evaluation including nerve conduction study is required to make a diagnosis.
