What Causes Dizziness And Numbness On The Toes?

My daughter has recently lost 100lbs she works out faithfully and watches what she eats. She s 29 years old and has always been healthy. Lately she has been dizzy, shaky and some of her toes go numb. She doesn t eat a lot of fruit or vegetables like she should, I m thinking a lack of vitamins or Iron but I m just a mom? She does drink a lot of water to stay hydrated.
