What Causes Dizziness And Numbness?

Today i was standing in church and i stared getting very dizzyand lightheaded. i started to feel numbness on my body and more so my ears. my vision started to fade and so did my hearing. the sound started to sound very wierd. i also broke into a cold sweat and felt all clamy. i was burning up and my fce felt tingly and numb, like most of my body. once i sat down i was still sweating and all the symptoms were still there but they slowly went away. then i got very cold. this has been happenng very often to me, but this was one of the worse times. should i go to the doctors?
