What Causes Dizziness And Pain In Abdomen After Abortion?

I had a medical abortion on august the 2nd. I never went back for the follow up ultrasound, I don't know why I didnt, but I couldn't go back there.
I was pretty sure that everything had come out of me and didn't see a second appointment as necessary.
I did get an infection and was on antibiotics due to the abortion. I finished the tablets but since then I still don't feel 100%.

I'm dizzy, constantly have troubles with bowel movements whether it's diarrhea or constipation and my stomach is always hurting.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You seem to suffer from post abortal sepsis. I consists of infection in the genital tract after abortion. I would suggest you to get your vaginal swab examination done to assess the exact infection and give treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma.
