What Causes Dizziness And Pain In Arm?

Hi yesterday after I got out the bath I felt dizzy and saw lots of bright little lights all over and started getting a pain in my right arm, when I woke up this morning I still had it and my period is 17 days late but I m not pregnant and I m on the implant contraceptive, my head also,feels like there s alot of pressure on it but its not really sore, what could this be?

Hello,

Your periods will be delayed due to implant contraceptive. Pain in right arm could be due to muscular pain. Bright lights all over can be due to some ocular problem. I suggest you to consult an ophthalmologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
