What Causes Dizziness And Pain In Groin And Neck After An Intercourse?
i had sex with a prostitute on april 8, next day i started feeling dizzy and tired and i got pain in my groin and neck,week later i got hair follicle on my thighs . 1 week later i got headache and few red dots on chest.now on May 5 i have a swollen lymph node in my neck....is this HIV????

A swollen lymph node is indeed indicative of some underlying condition, but whether this is HIV or not is still not clear. HIV in the early stages presents mostly with flu-like symptoms and you do not have them. I would recommend a complete 8-STD panel and a HIV DUO test to be conducted on or after the 28th day from the sexual contact.
