What Causes Dizziness And Pain In Head?
three months ago i wnet to bed fine, but i woke up with the room feeling like it was physicallly spinning. i laid down for twenty minutes and it went awy, but the dizziness lasted almosted a mont, especially when i bent down topick something up. also since then ive been having not headaches but sharp pains in my head off and on

Well come to HCM
Most common cause to dizzy feel in middle of night and awake a person from sleep would he hyperacidity, if you do not have any history of ear condition or persistence headache during day time then this could be due to Hyperacidity only and this can be best treated with following medicines.
1) Tab Rabeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time
symptoms would come around, take care, have a nice day.
