What Causes Dizziness And Pain In The Chest While Coughing?

,my chest starts hurting from coughing so much ,then my right side goes num,iget so dizzy when I m driving,i practically pass out while I m driving don t even relize it.before i almost pass out my it feels like pressure on the right side of my head and my whole right side goes stiff and i cannot control anything.please help me.my dr.here in alexandria, louisiana doesn t seem to know what is going on.

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
These symptoms are serious and if you are smoking this may be sign of emphysema or chronic bronchitis so you should see pulmologist and do ventilation tests and ct scan. I think that it should be treated with bronchodilatators if my diagnosis is right.
