What Causes Dizziness And Pain In The Ears?

Hello Dr, I am feeling dizziness and lightheadedness for few days I feel like as if I m in sleep. Two months back I had ear pain after a recording of a song while wearing headphones. I had felt pain bones around my ears Though two ENT drs said there is no problem with ears and have given me some medicine and painkillers which I am still taking. During this period my mom fell ill and was in hospital. I was to nervous and anxious for her. Now everything is fine but I still feel the symptoms. Not as sever as like before. I feel dizziness type not too much.. Feel all the time in sleep like I m doing everything in sleep after taking a good sleep in night as well. Lack of focus and concentration. Tingling and numbness in hands and legs. Shivering hands especially in the morning. Sometimes feeling anxious for my health. I m meditating to fight with negative thoughts which is working. I don t have any problem in hearing. Please help me to understand what should I do next.
