What Causes Dizziness And Pain In The Hands After Smoking Cannabis?

Hi, had a strange episode 3 months ago. After smoking cannabis one morning, went out for a cigg and had a coffee. Came inside and started feeling light headed, pins and needles in both arms and felt very nautious. They ceased then returned an hour later, went to er and was sent home. 2 days again but had sweats and felt like passing out. The episodes have ceased now but I feel damaged from it. No pain no headaches no vomiting. 3 months on I now have bizarre bowel movements at any time, again no pain. Symptoms I have now are blood taste in my mouth, same smelling stool, blue hands and feet, hair loss (not just head hair) heart palpitation( during erection) bad focus and low smell sense. Also notice my heart beats in stomach never had this before. My diet has improved, more fruit n veg, no caffeine (use to consume 1.25ltr of coke a day) quit cannabis and down to 2 smokes a day. Doctors have tested everything (blood tests stool samples holter ecg) all tests were positive yet I don t feel right. Can t keep spending money on specialists telling me I m fine. Also played football recently for 2 hours and felt great afterwards. I m concerned it s a blood circulation issue, any ideas? Please!!
