General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Pain in the chest along with dizziness always need serious consideration to rule out heart problems.

Other causes include low Bp, dehydration and many other problems.

I understand he should be seen urgently by a doctor to get a detailed evaluation for the dizziness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
