What Causes Dizziness And Palpitations While On Medication For Fibromyalgia?

Hi am a 50 year old female weight 195lbs was diagnosed with fibromialgia several years ago been surviving on antinflamatory and pain killers for the longest time due my body pains n aches cannot really do much activities,Its been couple of months that i have been experiencing dizziness with heart palpitations so got blood work done the results were that my colesterol is a little on the high side.Since then am trying to watch my diet but i started to feel a tingling sensation on on the left side of my body ,as you can understand am worry and scare that maybe am having or will have a stroke,what you think can you pls tell me what is your opinion,Thanks
