What Causes Dizziness And Popping Sensation In The Joints?

Hello. I was prescribed levofloxican for pneumonia. This is the third day I ve been on it. It is helping the cough but causing dizziness and more popping in my joints. I have severe Osteoarthritis. The CMC Arthroplasty I had on my right hand about a year ago, caused thumb supposition and the antibiotic seems to be causing more popping in my thumb, less movement in my thumb and tingling. Is this something I should go to ER for? Thanks, JaNae
