What Causes Dizziness And Postnasal Drip After A Head Injury?
Hi, I hit my head severely on the slab on a week ago, I hadn t seen any symptoms at that time. Next day onwards I feel headedness when woke up from the bed also from sitting position for long hours. And having some liquid falling back of the throat always. I visited ER on second day, CT report is normal, visited ENT doctors too.. they also found normal. But I still worried about two things, liquid flow in back of the throat and headedness. Should I wait for some more days? Or should I go ahead take other diagnosis? Please advise.

Dizziness and post nasal drip are common after a head injury. If your ct scan was taken immediately after the fall, i would suggest a repeat of the ct brain, at times the initial ct is normal and changes are seen after a few hours.
Head ache , giddiness can be present for some days after a fall. if your repeat ct is also normal, donot worry, it would go in a few days.
