What Causes Dizziness And Pressure In Ears?

suddenly i use to feel that the air pressure is decreasing and a W like sound blows in my both ears and i feel like my head is revolving...even i cant stand straight...this all is happening from past 3-weeks and now frequency is increasing...what is this can u explain?
