What Causes Dizziness And Pressure In The Head?

Hi! I used cocaine about two days ago and I ve been feeling a little lightheaded, my head feels kid of heavy. I m scared this will be permanent. I don t use cocaine tegularly at all, I ve used it like 5 times over the years. But I have never gotten any symptoms like this. Could it maybe be pressure in my brain from vaso constriction? Could an aspirin maybe help?

Cocaine causes vasodilatation. So brain vessels will pull more blood and gives Heaviness feeling in the head.
Effects of cocaine lasts for 3-4 days.
So no need to worry for permanent effect.
But better to quit cocaine addiction as soon as possible.
Yes, you can take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen or aspirin for Heaviness information head.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
